Biography
Multiple award and scholarship winner, Kashish Jhamb received his MSc (Hons) in Electrical and Computer engineering from the University of Alberta, AB, Canada, in 2011. From August 2009 to August 2011, he was a Research Assistant in the Microwave and Millimeter Wave Lab, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Canada. Since September 2011, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, School of Engineering, The NorthCap University. His current research interests include Miniaturized Multi-band Antennas, Design and Development of Miniaturized Microwave and Millimeter Wave Components, and Ultra Wideband Transceiver Systems for Medical and Security Applications. He has received numerous awards and honours, including the Outstanding Student Award, Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Master Research Scholarship, Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Doctoral Research Scholarship and Alberta Graduate Research Scholarship, University of Alberta's GSA Ring Star Award.
