Biography
Mr ShashiKant Yadav is currently pursuing Ph.D. from The Energy Research Institute (TERI), University and has received an LL.M degree with distinction from National Law University Jodhpur. Apart from receiving several certificate courses from organizations such as United National Institute for Training and Research and World bank Group, he has presented papers in various national and international seminars. He is keen in promoting clinical legal education and has organized various Moot Court Competitions, including 30th Bar Council of India Moot Court Competition. His area of research includes legal regime governing water-energy nexus and climate change law. He has around 3 years of teaching experience.
