Biography
Mr Sarkar's areas of interest are primarily Jurisprudence, Human Rights, Refugee Law and Disaster Management. As a student of Law, he has invaluable experience of interning with institutions like the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). He began teaching in 2008, and joined the Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies as a lecturer in Law. In 2009, he moved to MATS Law School, Raipur, as an Assistant Professor, and since September 2010 he has been working at NCU Law School.
