Biography
Ms Charu Rana has been working as Assistant Professor in EECE Department since July 2008. She did her MTech (VLSI Design) from Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh, Rajasthan in 2008 and was awarded Silver Medal. During her MTech she did her thesis on “Analysis of circuit techniques for subthreshold leakage power reduction”. She has worked in a networking company for 8 months. Her research area is Digital VLSI Design and currently she is working on Circuit Techniques to reduce leakage power consumption in deep submicron technologies.
