Biography
Ritu is an Indian Advocate and a Solicitor of England and Wales having an expertise in dealing with transnational corporate and commercial transactions, while practising with law firms and MNCs, in the jurisdictions of India and the United Kingdom. Ritu's legal career began with a part-time job of a Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham, UK, while she was pursuing full-time LL.M. in International Commercial Law (in 2004) at Nottingham. She is currently a visiting faculty at School of Law, NCU, and teaches International Trade Law Rules and Regulations.
