Biography
Sargam Makkar is an Assistant Professor in NCU Law School and teaches management courses such as Principles of Management, Human Resource Management. Her core specialization is Human Resource Management. With over 5 years of teaching experience, she has taught in IILM, Surajmal College and JIMS, both affiliated to IP University. Sargam has to her credit over 15 research papers and has attended conferences on HRM, General Management and Business Communication. She has done her MBA and MPhil in Human Resource Management.
