Biography
Refsholt has worked in TINE since 1988, with a short break in the period 1996-1998 as Director of the Meat Industry Association. She started as a consultant at TINE R & D Center, then became Director of R & D 1998-2001 to become Vice-President of TINE Norwegian Dairy. She became Vice President of the TINE Group from 2002 and appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Refsholt is Chairman of the Red Cross Centers and Board Member of the Norwegian Agricultural Cooperative, Dagligvareleverandøres Forening (DLF) and Arcus AS. Hanne Refsholt is a graduate of Cand. Agric at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences (UMB). She holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and master's degree at HEC, Paris and SAID, Oxford.
