Biography
"De Lucia, Vito currently a researcher at the K.G. Jebsen Centre for the Law of the Sea, UiT Arctic University of Norway. De Lucia, Vito most immediate research interests are located at the intersection of critical theory, law and ecology, with particular focus on international environmental law and climate justice. At the same time,De Lucia, Vito increasingly interested in the concept of the commons (in both legal and political philosophical terms), and on reading law through the lens of so called ""Italian Theory"". In De Lucia, Vito PhD thesis (titled ""The Ecosystem Approach in International Environmental Law: a Biopolitical Critique), De Lucia, Vito have applied a genealogical method to the research question(s) and I used biopolitics as the central critical theoretical register, and currently further developing this theoretical and methodological approach."
