"Dr. Einar A Niemi is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Archeology, History, Religious Studies and Theology, University of Tromso , Norway. His research interests includes General Norwegian, Nordic and European history recent times, especially the 1800s, with particular emphasis on demographic history, economic history and social history,Migration history with the main emphasis on the North Calotte and the transatlantic migration,Minority and ethnopolitical history and border history with the main emphasis on the North Calotte,Regional history and regionalism with emphasis on Northern Norway and the Northern Calotte,City and local history,History and history of science,Cultural history, architecture and construction. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Einar A Niemi is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
