Biography
Mr. Hugin serves as Celgene’s Executive Chairman. He assumed that role on March 1, 2016. Before serving as Executive Chairman, Mr. Hugin served as Celgene’s Chief Executive Officer, a position he held since June 2010 and Celgene’s Chairman, a position he has held since June 2011.

, Mr. Hugin was a Managing Director with J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc. Mr. Hugin received an AB degree from Princeton University in 1976 and an MBA from the University of Virginia in 1985 and served as a United States Marine Corps infantry officer during the intervening period.
