Biography

Mr. Nils Petter Dyvik has been Group Chief Financial Officer of Wilh Wilhelmsen ASA at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics AB since August 1, 2007. Mr. Dyvik served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Wilh Wilhelmsen Holding ASA since April 1, 2007 until April 01, 2016. Mr. Dyvik has almost 30 years of experience. He served as first vice President in Nordea Bank Norge ASA, Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian America Line, Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Wilhelmsen Lines AS and Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Wilh.
