Geir sundbo

Biography

 Mr. Geir O. Sundbo has served as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Yara International ASA since 2010. He has been a Yara (Hydro) employee since 1987. He has been actively engaged in union matters in the Porsgrunn plant since 1989. He is Deputy Chairman and Treasurer of the local union chapter (Heroya Arbeiderforening) in Heroya Industripark Porsgrunn and Senior Shop Steward of Yara Porsgrunn. He is also Member of the Executive Committee of the IndustriCluster Grenland (ICG). Mr. Sundbo is Skilled Chemical Process operator. He is Chairman of the European Works Council (EWC) of the Company. He has also been Chairman of the audit committee in National Trade Union of Industrial Energy of Norway since 2013.
