Thor giaever

Biography

 Mr. Thor Giaever has been appointed Head of Investor Relations at Yara International ASA, effective as of September 9, 2015. He has been appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer of Yara International ASA for a period from October 13, 2014 until September 9, 2015. He previously was Head of Investor Relations and Company Secretary at the Company from May 2011 until October 13, 2014. He has experience from several positions in the Company, including Head of Controlling and Investor Relations Officer. He was Head of Controlling and CFO Supply & Trade. Before joining the Company, he held several controller positions with Ford Motor Company. He holds Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the School of Management, University of Bath.
