Biography
Production Manager Mutaz Elyas is HCF E&P Production and Facility Manager, a position he assumed in June 2016. Prior to current position, he held various technical, engineering, operational, & management positions. He has experience of twenty years in the oil & gas industry in the International service and E&P companies mainly in the Middle East. Mutaz earned a Master degree in mechanical engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, and Post Graduate Degree in Economics & Management from the Russian State Geological Prospecting University
