Biography
Aziza Saghir Shah has been teaching Business and Accounting on the Foundation programme and various Business modules on the undergraduate programme since 2003. She is currently a semester coordinator of the Foundation Programme. She holds an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Hull, UK. Research Interest
Her research interests include Human Resource Management and Customer Service. Her teaching philosophy is: I try to teach each student as an individual, because each will have different needs based on their own unique situation, and these are shaped by "intelligences," by cultural background, by the major they choose, and countless other factors.
