Biography

Dr. Gualdaquever joined academe in 1993. She holds a doctorate degree in Educational Administration as well as a Masters degree. Her areas of teaching includes Economics, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Management and Organisation, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Recruitment and Selection and Compensation Management. Her teaching experience is coupled with administrative experience as Department Chair, Dean of Business Administration and Vice President for Academic Affairs for nearly 20 years in the Philippines. Her career services were extended to working with the cooperatives as lecturer and insurance industry as a Financial Advisor. Dr. Gualdaquever joined academe in 1993.
