Biography

Dr. K. Kishan is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business Management. He has over 10 years teaching experience in different Universities. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2015 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). His thesis focused on Training and Development Strategies in Public Sector Undertakings. He holds a MPhil in Business Management from S.V University, an MBA from St Francis PG College (O.U), and PGDBM from Hyderabad Central University. Teaching has always been his passion and his focus areas are training and development, performance management and compensation management. He was a Corporate Trainer for the prestigious intuitions; Wipro, Infosys,BHEL, Power Grid and Corporation.
