Biography

Dr.Udayanan holds a research degree in the field of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Development. His interest is in exploring the ‘whys and whats’ of behaviour and the same has been reflected in his publications. His zone of research includes the broad gamut of behavioural perspectives of business, research methods and data analysis. He has more than ten years’ experience that includes teaching and research. He is also a registered research supervisor for doctoral studies. He firmly believes in the philosophy of inculcating a holistic perspective of business learning to his students.
