Biography
Dr. Jaya Sangeetha is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Management who joined the Department of Business and Economics at Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) in 2006. Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Management and Operations. She is also involved with delivering courses for the MBA program, Franklin University. Her research interests include service quality, service performance, and consumer behavior etc. Dr. Jaya has a Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Bharathiar University, M.Phil in Management from Alagappa University and a MBA in Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University in India. She has 14 years of teaching experience in Muscat and in India and almost 7 years of extensive industrial experience in Oman and India in both the public and private sectors.
