Biography
Pemmaraju is a Professor and is currently serving as Director of the Department of Post Graduate Studies at Modern College of Business & Science (MCBS), where he has been since 2003. He also served as Head of the Department of Business & Economics (2003 – 2012), and Director of the Center for Graduate and Professional Studies (2012 – 2015). He received two Bachelor Degrees, B.Com; B.L. and two Masters, MBA; M.L. and PhD (1993) in Management, from Andhra University. Prior to working at MCBS, he served in countries India, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates as a faculty member in various capacities. He taught graduate and undergraduate courses, mostly in the areas of Business Management, OB, Business Communications, HRM, IR, Strategic Management, Commercial Laws, Labor Laws, etc. He was also coordinator for major and minor research projects; conducted and organized a number of training programs; an active researcher; participated in a number of national and international seminars and conferences Pemmaraju is a Professor and is currently serving as Director of the Department of Post Graduate Studies at Modern College of Business & Science (MCBS), where he has been since 2003.
