Dave Shortino

Biography

As the VP of Corporate Services, Dave provides a breadth of business expertise and guidance to Rho. His keen business sense, innovative thinking, and dedication to Rho make him an important asset to the Leadership Team. Dave received his MBA from Elon College, and with over 20 years of experience establishing and restructuring corporations and then initiating Rho's Employee Benefits Program, he has brought forward-thinking contributions to Rho. Perhaps years of coaching his kids’ sports teams prepared Dave to be the leader he is today. He is passionate about setting and achieving ambitious goals that will continue to expand Rho’s success and growth. He sets high expectations for the Corporate Services staff in an effort to ensure employees across Rho have the resources they need in order to be as productive and efficient as possible. He strives to make sure every experience is a positive one that exceeds expectations. From the front desk experience to strategies behind renovations to the office building, Dave always keeps the best interests of employees, customers, and the company as his number one priority.
