Biography

Kavita Dodani, Managing Director, Co-founder and mother, is the quintessential entrepreneur. Born in 1954, as Ganga Aildasani, she was the guiding force, spirit and motivation behind the inception of Servochem. The ultimate dreamer, no business venture was either too big or too challenging for her. She was always ready to tackle any obstacle head-on. She attended Bombay University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Art from there. While she held various jobs during her early career, her most noticeable achievement was as the managing director for Servochem from 1982 - 2012. She also co-founded and started a variety of other businesses during her career including pharmaceuticals, clothing and commodities. She passed away in 2012 has left a legacy of forward thinkers, doers and go-getters on the team to continue her vision for Servochem.
