Biography
Dr. Haider A. J. Al Lawati is assistant professor in chemistry department - Sultan Qaboos University, Sultanate of Oman. He worked as a head of the chemical analysis unit in the central quality control laboratory –Ministry of Health- for several years. He then worked as deputy quality control manager in the National Pharmaceutical Industries in the Sultanate. Dr. Al Lawati obtained his PhD from University of Hull on developing microfluidic system for proteomics in 2007. Currently he is the principal investigator for a strategic project on developing microfluidic systems for routine analysis of pharmaceutical samples.
