Biography
Dr.Boumedyen currently serves as an assistant professor at UNIZWA . Dr.Boumedyen is an Information Systems Expert & strategic leadership in the areas of ICTand e-learning , ICT Communications Innovator and Reformer, Learning And Development Specialist, IS/SE Quality Assurance, .NET Senior Software Developer, Data Management Analyst and Researcher. Published more than 47 technical research and innovative projects related to Web service , E-learning technology and technical issues in different organization in Oman . He received the (Ph.D.) in Information Systems «System analysis, information control and processing ``Technical Systems``» on Technical Science. from St. Petersburg institute for Informatics and Automation RAS ,Academy of Sciences .
