Biography
Dr Norizan Mohd Kassim is a Professor of Marketing. She received her PhD from the Southern Cross University, Australia in 2002. Her publications have appeared, among others, in Asia Pacific Business Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, Electronic Markets, European Journal of Marketing, Measuring Business Excellence, Journal of Business Research, and Services Marketing quarterly.
