Biography
Ahmad Waqas is an assistant professor in the Department of Meteorology, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Islamabad, Pakistan. He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience at this department. He is teaching courses at graduate and undergraduate level in the field of remote sensing, GIS and climatology. His current research is mainly focused on earth atmospheric interactions in the cryospheric region of Hindukush Karakoram Himalaya (HKH).
