Biography
Dr. Abdullah Shah holds M.Sc. in mathematics, M.S. in applied mathematics and Ph.D. in computational mathematics (institute of computational mathematics, scientific/engineering computing (ICMSEC), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, 2008). Currently he is working as associate professor in the department of mathematics, COMSATS institute of information technology Islamabad and involved in both teaching and research. His research interests span applied mathematics, modeling and simulation and computational fluid dynamics. He has been a recipient of prestigious Erasmus Mundus postdoctoral research fellowship at interdisciplinary center for scientific computing (IWR), University of Heidelberg, Germany. He is also TWAS-UNESCO associate at Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He is HEC approved PhD supervisor in mathematics and supervising BS, MS and PhD students in CIIT.
