Biography
Abubakr has received his PhD and MPhil degrees from UK. His doctoral research focused on corporate boards' networks and their impact on the corporate financial policies. Prior to this, he obtained his MBA and MSc degrees from Germany and Sweden, respectively.His research interests include corporate board structure, financing policies (capital structure, cash holdings, dividend policies, etc) and emerging markets.
