Biography
Dr. Faisal Nawaz Mir obtained his PhD from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan. His doctorate degree is in financial risk management. He holds a first degree in Math, BSc (distinction, college), an MBA (distinction, medalist), and an MS in Finance (Award for best thesis of the year). In addition to accounting and finance experience in the public sector, he is serving in the capacity of Assistant professor in Accounting and Finance at the COMSATS. He is a focal person of CIMA, UK, and soon be a member of the CFA, Pakistan. He simultaneously got attached to academic sector in Pakistan and supervising student for finance in several universities as visiting faculty including National University of Science and Technology, COMSATS Virtual University. He is also involves in the consultancy for the risk management and modeling.
