Biography
Hafeez Anwar received his BSc degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Peshawar. His MSc degree is in Computer Engineering from Myongji University, South Korea where he also acted as a research assistant on a project related to the design and development of intra-oral 3D scanner funded by the Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy. He did PhD from the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) where he was funded by the scholarship program of the Vienna PhD School of Informatics. His research interest lies in object category-based image classification with application to cultural heritage and biodiversity.
