Biography
Dr. Muhammad Ajmal is working as an assistant professor in the Department of Biosciences. He joined CIIT in 2013 after completion of his PhD studies in the field of molecular genetics with a specialization in ophthalmogenetics. He is also involved in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the department. His research interests are, finding the genetic bases of all the inherited disorder in humans, using classical as well as modern molecular biology techniques like next generation sequencing. He has also published a lot of research articles in international journals.
