Biography
Dr. Muhammad Shakeel Ahmad has completed his post-doctoral research fellowship from Institute of Asia and Pacific Studies, School of Politics and International Relation, The University of Nottingham UK in 2016 where he has worked as Research Fellow. Before joining centre for Policy Studies, he was Assistant Professor at Department of Humanities, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad. He has also worked as a lecturer in the Department of Pakistan Studies, Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad during 2007-2012. Before, that he was a Producer at Radio Pakistan Islamabad and Peshawar. He has a vast experience of broadcasting and distance learning education. His area of interest is Electoral Studies, Political Communication, Representation and Voting. He did his Ph. D in Pakistan Studies from Quaid-E-Azam University, Islamabad with a research support of the Department of History, Faculty of Humanities, University of Southamton UK.
