Analysis of bioactive metabolites using UV, HPLC and GCMS; Structure elucidation of novel natural products using various spectroscopic techniques (Mass Spectrometry EI, FAB; I D and 2D 1H-NMR, COSY, NOE, HOHAHA; I D and 2D 13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC); Enzyme inhibition studies of bioactive metabolites using UV, HPLC; In vitro kinetic studies of enzyme inhibition using Grafit software; Synthesis of bezothiazine, thiazolidine and thiourea derivatives and their structure - activity relationship in various bioassays including enzyme inhibition assay.
