Biography
Dr. Sabahat Zahra Siddiqui completed B.Sc (Hons.) in Chemistry, M.Sc in Organic Chemistry and M. Phil in Organic Chemistry with first class with first positions in all examinations. She has been duly awarded AN ACADEMIC ROLL OF HONOR & TWO CERTIFICATES OF MERIT for her outstanding academic performance. She completed Ph.D in the field of Chemistry from GCU in 2014, and availed Split PhD Scholarship for University of Pennsylvania, USA by HEC. The description of her family lies in Jahan-e-Danish by Ehsan Danish and her forefather is Maulana Hifz-ur-Rehman Seoharvi who authored (Qasas-ul-Quran).
Research Interest
Synthesis of organic poly-functional molecules of pharmaceutical interests. Purification, characterization and structural modifications of various natural molecules to study their structure-activity relationship and in vitro assessment of relief by different samples to oxidative injury.
