Biography

 I have more than 25 years experience in Supply Chain, working with leading Pharmaceutical and Automotive parts manufacturing Industries. I have progressive advancement to mid-level to high level functions, ambitious and keen to create impact and influence through experience, analytical thinking, team works and cross functional team collaboration and creating share vision. I am working as “Head of Procurement” with Getz Pharma (Pvt) Limited based at Karachi from October 1998. My prime responsibilities include: Develop and monitor department standards, practices, procedures and utilize ERP via integrated systems to enforce execution. • Lead the process for identifying, developing, and implementing advanced planning methods, systems, and tools, in order to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management. • Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) and scrutinize current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods are followed properly Demand Planners. • Systematize the creation of top-level reports to monitor the purchasing and financial performance indicators by the Planning team. Facilitate the Senior Management Forecasting and Inventory management meeting focusing on cross functional communication, direction setting, risk management, and conflict resolution.
