Mr. Arsalan Aftab

Biography

Mr. Arsalan Aftab is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, with articleship completed from KPMG Taseer Hadi & Company, Chartered Accountants. He carries 18 years of diversified experience of Audit, Compliance, Finance and Examinations. He is responsible for the Academic and Examination functions of the Institute. Prior to joining Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP), he was associated with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) as Senior Manager in Examinations Department Ms. Khawlah has received various awards like ‘Outstanding performer’ for three consecutive years in MCB bank. She was awarded Rebranding Champion in three banks- ABN Amro, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Silkbank. She was also awarded ‘Best Train the Trainer Award’ and ‘Best BPR Award’ for the launch of Instant Account Opening Form at Silkbank. At IBP, she is responsible for strategy formulation & business generation in keeping with the vision of IBP. During her stay at IBP she has already successfully devised and implemented the ‘Rebirth of IBP strategy’; relaunched ISQ, launched IBP school, launched Certified General Banker program, conducted HR forum, relaunch of Omega, simulcasted Lead 2016 and Gender and Diversity Conference to name a few.
