"MUHAMMAD ASIF is a fellow member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and the Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). He is also a member of the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP). Mr. Asif holdsover twenty years of experience in the fields of corporate finance, accounts, audit, taxation and company law to his credit. At Macter, he has overall responsibility of planning, supervising and managing the financial affairs of the Company, including finance, accounts, tax, internal audit and corporate affairs etc. He is with the Company since 2007 and became director of the Company in 2011"
