Biography
Dr. Shuja ul Islam has done his PhD in Project Management from Southwest Jiaotong University, China. During his PhD, he worked in the Herbert A Simon & Reinhard Selten Behavioral Decision Making Laboratory gained expertise in designing experiments for Behavioral decision making games. Also he worked for 5 years in different projects with International and national organization i.e. JICA (Japan International Corporation Agency), WHO (World Health Organization) and ERRA (Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority). Currently he is teaching the Project Management and Research Methods courses to the undergraduate and master students of business administration.
Research Interest
His areas of research interests are Escalation of commitment in Project Management and decision making process by Project managers.
