Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba is Chief Executive of Lucky Cement Ltd, a member of the Yunus Brothers Group, which holds diversified interests in textiles, energy, chemicals, cement and other construction related sectors. Muhammad Ali Tabba also heads Yunus Textile Mills, a home textiles unit with subsidiaries in the U.S.A., Europe, Canada and France. He also serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors of ICI Pakistan
