Biography
Dr. Mordehai Zeev Lipshitz serves as External Director at Oil Refineries Ltd. since June 9, 2015. He is a member of the Audit, Compensation, Balance Sheets, Environment, Security and Power Station committees and Chairman of the CSR Responsibility committee at the Company. Dr. Lipshitz' work experience includes the following roles: External Director at Clalit Medical Engineering Ltd. (since 2011) and External Director at Lifewave Ltd (2007-2012). He holds a Master of Science degree in Medicine from UCLA and a Doctorate of Medicine degree in Medicine from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
