Biography
Mr. Mobeen Alam is with TSCL as Director Finance & Chief Financial Officer. He is a finance professional with over a decade of experience spanning the entire gamut of Finance, including Business Finance, Controllership, Legal Compliances, Domestic Taxation, Treasury, Risk Management, Strategic Initiatives, and Legal and Secretarial. During his 7 years tenure at The Searle Company Limited, he has served in various functions, including internal audit, financial planning, taxation, fund raising, investment management, Forex, secretarial, investor relations, and commercials & litigation. He has been a strong proponent of Corporate Governance Practices and works closely with the Board. He also held the position of CFO and Company Secretary at IBL HealthCare Limited, a subsidiary of Searle. Before joining the Searle Group, he was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers Pakistan. Mr. Mobeen is Associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants.
