OGDCL Board in place Zahid Muzaffar elected as Chairman. Eleven directors have been elected on the OGDCL Board for the period of 3 years during the 20th Annual General Meeting of share holders held today. Zahid Muzaffar was unanimously elected as the Chairman. Company’s Annual Accounts for the year 2016-17 were also approved by the share holders. Company during the period recorded after tax profit of rupees 63.80 billion.
