Biography
Mr.Talal has been the general manager of the company since 1/4/1984 and appointed as the chairman since 1990. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Chemistry from the American University of Beirut in 1974. Mr. Talal also serves as the Chairman of the National Bank and AL-Takaful insurance Co., and a board member at Palestinian Telecommunications Company.
