Biography
Mr. Hexter serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development of Oramed Pharmaceuticals, which he joined in 2013. He brings to Oramed more than 15 years of prominent leadership, business development, operations know-how and management in the life science sector. Mr. Hexter was most recently Executive Director of Corporate In-Licensing at BioLineRx (NASDAQ: BLRX). Prior to joining BioLineRx, he worked in private equity and venture capital where he served as CEO of a VC-backed startup. As CEO of Biosensor Systems Design, Mr. Hexter was instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic focus and in forging business development agreements with Fortune 100 companies in the areas of food safety, medical diagnostics and homeland security.
