Biography
Debbie Valadao is a Registered Kinesiologist. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at York University. From there she attended Humber College for a post graduate diploma in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management. Debbie is currently working on becoming a certified diabetes educator as she works closely with individuals who are currently living with pre-diabetes as well as diabetes. Debbie is passionate about promoting health and helping her clients make the necessary little changes to make big impacts on their overall health and well-being.
