Biography
Jacob Farjou is our lead kinesiologist and founder of Trainsmart Wellness. He completed a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College. From there he completed his undergrad in Kinesiology at York University, followed by a post graduate diploma in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management from Humber College. His passion for training and helping individuals unleash their physical potential was the driving force behind creating Trainsmart Wellness. As a Registered Kinesiologist he believes that everyone should be empowered with the confidence and skills to adopt a healthier lifestyle through exercise and physical activity.
