Kayla Cerqueira

Biography

Kayla Cerquiera is our Registered Massage Therapist. Prior to her massage therapy training, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from York University where she focused on applied anatomy. She brings a great understanding of the human body to her line of work. Kayla enjoys introducing people to massage and educating them on how a thorough assessment and massage treatment can be effective in relieving stress, preventing and rehabilitating postural dysfunction and injuries, as well as complimenting their health and fitness regime.
