Biography
He serves as Managing Director of THE Mineral Resource Development Company Limited (Mineral Resource Development Corporation (MRDC)) for 7 years. Leads the MRDC in undertaking some major investments in property development and hospitality within PNG, Fiji and Solomon Islands. He has extensive skills and experience in the mining and petroleum industry dealing with business development, construction and transportation. He was a Consultant to the Department of Petroleum & Energy on major petroleum projects in PNG. He serves as Chairman and Director in a number of entities, including MRDC and related companies, Hevilift Group, Insurance Pacific and Pearl Resort. He has been a Non Executive Director of Bank of South Pacific Limited since August 29, 2014. He has been Non Executive Director of Airlines of Papua New Guinea Limited since March 17, 2010. He served as an Executive Director on various national construction, engineering and transportation companies. He was responsible for the establishment of one of the few successful national insurance companies in PNG. He has a Bachelor's Degree of Economics, Arts and Environmental Science from the University of Papua New Guinea. He also has a Master of Science in Petroleum Economics from the University of Dundee in Scotland.
