Biography
Mr. Carlos Paul Cateriano Alzamora serves as Corporate Social Responsibility Manager of Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. Previously, he acted as Director of Human Resources of the Company since September 2006 until June 1, 2012. He acted as Deputy Director of Human Resources of Banco Wiese Sudameris SA from 1999 to 2006. He also worked at Banco Santander Peru SA from 1995 to 1999, at Polimeros y Adhesivos SA from 1995 to 1998, at Corporacion Andina de Desarrollo from 1987 to 1994 and at Fabrica de Calzado Peruano from 1985 to 1987. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and completed the Advanced Management Program at Universidad de Piura.
