Biography
Mr. Ugarte is an Industrial Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in Corporate Finance. He joined Pan American Silver in 1998 as Finance Manager after 3 years with Peruvian Backus & Johnston Brewing Co. He has an MBA from ESAN University (Perú) and a Major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He was promoted to the role of Country Manager, Perú in March 2011.
